From the Central Serengeti, we flew on two small planes; the first to Arusha where we briefly met up with ADS staff and watched these ladies in the airport parking lot and from there we flew about an hour southeast until we crossed the most translucent waters, so clear we could see the sandbars from the sky. The Great Migration of the wildebeests and zebras across the Mara outdid our expectations with an unbelievable sighting!
From Migration Tented Camp in the northern Serengeti, we followed along the Upper Grumeti River to find lots of lions, elephants, oribi, and more!
